Week five: -20.8 lbs total. Zeroing in on the first goal of 10% of beginning weight. And to go along with the weight loss, working out on my Total Gym has increased my flexiblity and strength. Only sixty more pounds to go.
Wow! Twenty lbs. can make such a difference. I'm sure you're noticed already. Keep at it, Walk. You can do it. After all, we survived 9/20 Writers, didn't we? By the way...don't forget to walk once in a while, too.
Thank you my friend, but as Frost said, "miles to go, before I sleep". Guess I could rephrase it to "pounds to go before I rest." Hey, has anyone seen my ice cream sandwich?
Wow, Gully, we posted at the same time. Howsabout that? Yes, if someone survived the poetry fests we had in 9/20, we can survive losing a few pounds, just hope I don't find them again. I walk about a mile a day just to and from my car into work, (that's a round trip). Ain't bad this time of year, but when the snow flies, I'll be parking closer.

GOOD FOR YOU! Very good for you on several levels.
I sincerely admire your determination and your subsequent accomplishments. I know losing weight isn't an easy task.
You must feel great having taken control, changed yourself and your health. You should be very proud of yourself.
I can't imagine the steamy stories you'll be writing when you're slim and trim!

Proud of you, Walk. I love what Shaddy/Cheryl wrote.
Thank you Beth
